These terms apply to everyone who uses this website or buys a THEY STRIKE product. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use or purchase our products.

What our products are

THEY STRIKE objects are decorative 3D-printed polymer knuckles. They are sold for display only. They are not intended for any practical, protective, self-defence or load-bearing use.

Lawful use only

You agree to use, carry, store and transport our products only in ways that are lawful where you are. You are solely responsible for knowing and following all federal, provincial and local laws that apply to you, including any rules about carrying an object in public. We sell and ship within Canada only. You may not buy a product in order to take it, or send it, anywhere it is restricted or prohibited.

No liability for illegal use or misuse

THEY STRIKE is not liable for any illegal use, misuse or unlawful possession of our products, or for any injury, death, loss, damage, fine, charge or other consequence that results from them. You assume all risk and responsibility for how you use a product once it has been delivered to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, THEY STRIKE, its owners and anyone working on its behalf are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our products. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

Your responsibility to us

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless THEY STRIKE, its owners and anyone working on its behalf against any claim, loss, cost or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of a product, your breach of these terms, or your breach of any law.

Our right to refuse an order

We may refuse or cancel any order, and refund any payment, if we believe a product would be used unlawfully or these terms would be broken.

Invite discounts and store credit

An invite discount from an ambassador applies once per person, to a first order only. It can't be used on an order placed by the inviting ambassador or shipped to their address. Store credit has no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged for money, and is applied automatically to your next order. If an unpaid order that used credit is cancelled, the credit is restored. We may reverse a discount or credit obtained through a cancelled, refunded, disputed or fraudulent order, or through a breach of these terms.

Ambassador program

Any customer with a verified account may join the ambassador program by accepting these terms. If you join:

  • You are independent. You are not an employee, agent, contractor or partner of THEY STRIKE, and you may not speak, sign or make promises on our behalf.
  • Reward. When someone you invited through your personal link or poster QR completes a first order and we confirm their payment, you receive the store credit shown on your ambassador page at the time they ordered. Your own orders, orders to your address, and orders from fake or duplicate accounts earn nothing. Self-referral and fake accounts are prohibited.
  • Where you may post. You must follow all laws, municipal postering bylaws and property owners' rights. Post only where it is explicitly allowed, such as community boards or businesses that have given you permission. Never post on poles, trees, walls, bus shelters, transit property, vehicles, or any property without permission. Remove your posters when asked.
  • Your responsibility. You alone are responsible for where and how you share your link and post posters. Any fines, cleanup costs, damages or claims that result are yours. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless THEY STRIKE, its owners and anyone working on its behalf against them. THEY STRIKE is not responsible for your actions.
  • Conduct. No spam, unsolicited bulk messages, insistent contact, impersonation of THEY STRIKE, or misleading claims. Our products are decorative collectibles: never present them as weapons, as self-defence tools, or as suitable for any use other than display.
  • Removal. We may remove your access at any time, for any breach of these terms or at our discretion. Your link then stops earning credit and rewards not yet credited are cancelled.
  • Changes. We may change, pause or end the program at any time. Credit already added to your account stays yours, subject to the reversal rules above.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived or limited by agreement. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
